Atlanta Arborists

Expert advice, planning and help with required permits.

Atlanta's Arborist monitors the tree ordinance, which is extremely important to this warm humid southern city. The Atlanta Arborist is responsible for Atlanta's lush tree coverage of 36%, which is rare and the highest of all American cities. Atlanta has a reputation as "City in the Forest". Atlanta's forestation stops the absorption of heat into buildings and pavements. The trees filter out pollutants and act like swamp coolers with the evaporation of water drawn from deep under the ground keeping Atlanta cooler.

 Georgia State Foresters

Examinations and providing information about hazardous trees that need to be removed. Many follow up examinations of the forest.
